How to replace the trigger assembly on the CZ Scorpion Evo

In this article I explain how to replace the trigger on your CZ Scorpion Evo 3 with basic tools and little bit of hand-skillfulness.

Step by step guide:

1. Ensure that the chamber is empty and leave the bolt open.
2. Press out the retaining pin and remove the lower receiver.
3. Loosen the trigger pack screw using the included 3 mm (1/8 inch) Allen key. The screw may be tightly fastened, so use a screwdriver for better leverage.
4. Switch the safety selectors to the fire position and unscrew the set screw using the 1.5 mm (1/16 inch) Allen key, which is also included in the package.
5. Remove the safety selector and take out the safety shaft.
6. Remove the original trigger pack screw and replace it with the new one included with the Ascalon pack.
7. Insert the new pack into the trigger housing. Be cautious when inserting the module to avoid bending the metal bracket, as the trigger may not function properly if it is bent.
8. Lightly tighten the trigger pack screw to hold it securely in place.
9. Reinsert the safety shaft and the safety selector, and screw back the set screw.
10. Properly tighten the trigger pack screw.
11. Reattach the lower receiver, and you’re done.
